Houndsly Pet Products
It is easy to purchase your pet products with Houndsly. All you have to do is have a look through our products, select the items you would like and proceed to the checkout.
We reserve the right to temporarily remove or discontinue any item on our website if and when it is necessary. This will generally be due issues caused by third party suppliers and if this does happen, we will contact you immediately to let you know and of course, refund you for the item if there is nothing you would rather exchange it for.
What if my item is not in stock?
If your item is our of stock, we can place your item on back order, with a provisional date of when the item should be back in stock and delivered to you.
We offer a secure payment facility with Stripe. Your card details will not be served on our servers and Houndsly has no access to your card details at any time.
Please note that the product images may, from time to time, be slightly different, but will represent the actual product. Depending on the type of screen or monitor, the colour and shades of the images may appear different.
Houndsly aim to dispatch your products within 2 working days from date of your order. If this is any different and for any reason it may take longer, you will be notified immediately. We aim to provide the best products with the best quality so sometimes a little extra special care and attention is needed.
Delivery & General Terms
Upon purchasing your item from us you are automatically making a request to us to arrange a delivery on your behalf, and we will endeavour to have your order delivered to your UK address within 14 working days, which excludes weekends and bank holidays.
As delays can happen and be unforeseen, Houndsly accepts no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within our estimated time-scales.
Our customer, the person placing the order, is responsible for supplying us with the correct delivery address details. We are not liable for any loss of money, due to postage, if an incorrect address has been provided to us.
Some items delivered may require a signature. Please ensure you are available for the signature request. If a person, other than the named customer, from the specified delivery address signs for the delivery, the liability for that item still belongs to the named customer.
When you receive your products from the courier it is very important to ensure that you have checked the packaging of your goods, and that its condition is good before you sign the delivery note. Please inform us immediately if you receive an open or damaged parcel.
You have the right, under the distance selling act to refuse/return an unwanted item within 14 days. The 14 day period begins on the day of delivery. Any cost to return the item is to be covered by the customer. Houndsly will not be responsible to cover the cost of postage if an item is to be returned.
Although all of our care and attention will be taken when packing and delivering an item, if you do receive an item that is faulty, please notify us as soon as you have received it so we can help rectify the issue by offering a refund on the item, a replacement of the item or a gift voucher to use against another purchase . We do ask our customers to provide evidence that the item received is damaged and happily accept this evidence via email.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
